‘Bandersnatch’ is the best Black Mirror story yet

Netflix was definetly able to live up to all the hype with their latest venture into the Black Mirror. Bandersnatch is like no other movie you’ve ever seen before. The “choose your own adventure” treatment really tears down the fourth wall and places the viewer in the middle of the story.

There are a plethora of options to choose from. Some will alter the story a little, while others lead to a completely different ending. After making some decisions you‘ll be able to see an outcome and travel back to make a different choice - though you can never choose the specific ending. That means the entertainment can last for hours (I may or may have unlocked all 5 endings already).

Sure, there are a few times the lines seem gimmicky or it‘s obvious certain choices are the “correct” one - but the overall package is something to be admired.

IN THE END...

Black Mirror: Bandersnatch is as psychodelic as it is creepy. The multitude of choices and endings means the enjoyment lasts longer than the usual episode’s show length. There is some cheese mixed it, but this is one experience you are sure to not find anywhere else.
